Peace is an inside out story
The more you believe your stressful thoughts. The more you’re at war. The more you try to control. The more you’re at war. The more you blame. The more you’re at war. Either with yourself, your mind or with the world.
Peace doesn’t come this way. It comes from understanding. From really experiencing that when you are at peace with your mind, you are clear and can see what is kind, and what is true more easily .
You can see how others, believing their stressful thoughts, are suffering and that the way they act is only because of that. They are innocent, they don’t know any better, they are devout believers of their stressful thinking.
So do the work, on your relationship with the thoughts causing stress. To battle the mind is one of the most deceptive ways it can keep you in its own stressful domain. Stop attacking your thoughts, question them, understand them... then they let go of you...
When each of us does this, more and more of us can stop the war and be clear. Stop the war with ourselves, with our thinking, with others, with the world. We can be at peace and able to navigate the path home to love.
